Valve Maintenance Methods

First need to keep the valve clean, transmission thread should be lubricated periodically, when a fault is noted, should immediately stop using, once found should be promptly cleaned. Packing gland bolts should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a crooked state, to avoid bumps impede movement or cause valve leakage. When we install the vale, valve can be directly connected to pipeline by connecting means. 

In addition, when use the ball valves, globe valves, gate valves, only for fully open or fully closed, not allowed to do with regulating traffic to avoid sealing surface washed. Gate Valve and shut-off valve has a threaded sealing device, hand wheel swing up to the uppermost position and tighten. We close the ball valve, globe valve and gate valve by hand wheels to prevent damaging valve parts.
