The Main Types of Forged Steel Gate Valves

Precautions for Installation of Cast Steel Ball Valve

The cast steel ball valve is compact, easy to operate and maintain, suitable for water, solvents, acids and natural gas and other general working medium, particularly suitable for containing fiber, tiny solid particles and other media. Cast steel ball valves are widely used in petroleum refining, long-distance pipeline, chemical, paper, pharmaceutical, water, electricity, municipal, steel and other industries.

2. Can not have the phenomenon of drooping or to withstand external forces near the installation point, can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.

3. the assembly should not allow metal debris, fiber, grease (except for the use of provisions) dust and other impurities. Contaminants, adhesion stay in the parts surface or into the cavity.

4. During installation of cast steel ball valve, do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damage the implementing agencies.

5. When we install the cast steel ball valve, the bolts must be symmetrical, step by step, tighten evenly.
